Our company has established a Whistleblowing Helpline to our business partners in the event of misconduct or legal violations by our personnel (including potential instances).

Reporting Content
This Whistleblowing Helpline is available when there is a violation of laws or regulations, or misconduct by our employees, or when there is suspicion thereof. While not limited to matters covered by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
We will not respond to false reports, reports made for improper purposes, or reports involving slander or defamation.

Anonymous Whistleblowing
Anonymous whistleblowing is also possible.
However, we may need to verify the content, so providing contact information is required. Please also understand that in some cases, anonymous whistleblowing may have limitations on how we can respond.

Our Commitment

• We will verify the facts and investigate the reported matter. In principle, we will notify the whistleblower of the results.
• We will not disclose the whistleblower's personal information to anyone outside the Legal Department without whistleblower's consent. Furthermore, we will not use the whistleblower 's personal information for any purpose other than contacting or replying to the whistleblower without whistleblower's consent.
• We will not disadvantage the whistleblower or whistleblower's employer based on the fact that they made a report.
