1In 1999, we opened our Research Center and began developing our own products. After launching our first in-house product, a guidewire, in 2001, we expanded our product line to EP/ablation catheters, artificial blood vessels, and gastrointestinal products. Today, about half of the overall revenue comes from the in-house products.
In particular, our “only-one” products, such as internal atrial cardioversion systems and open stent grafts, are used in many facilities as they accurately meet the needs of the medical field.
Our strengths in the in-house products lie in our robust sales system and R&D system; we have a nationwide sales network and strong relationships with local doctors through face-to-face communications. If we have any insightful feedback on products from doctors, our R&D teams can promptly pick them up for the next product development.
Medical devices must be free from any defects or trouble. We have established product safety procedures based on the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law and other related laws and regulations. We have obtained ISO certification to ensure strict quality control at each of our plants.
We have also established a system that enables mass production while maintaining quality by conducting final processes such as inspection, packaging, and sterilization by ourselves.
With Medical Technology Park as our mother factory, we are working to strengthen the stable supply of our products by collaborating with our overseas manufacturing bases. By maximizing synergy as a group, we will strive to further expand our own products.
