Shareholder Return Policy

While securing the internal reserves necessary for future business development and sustainable growth, our basic policy is to continue providing stable and consistent dividends to our shareholders.

With the aim of further enhancing shareholder returns and improving dividend stability, dividend levels will be determined using the higher of a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40% or a Dividend on Equity (DOE) ratio of 5% as a benchmark, and we will implement profit returns in accordance with our business performance.
