Effective Use of Water Resources
We recognize the reduction of water usage as a critical issue and are working on reducing water consumption across the entire organization. Since many processes in the manufacturing of our products require the use of potable water, all the factories within JLL group have installed chillers (cooling water circulation systems) in equipment that particularly requires large amounts of potable water for cooling and other purposes. By circulating and reusing water that has already been used, we are actively working to conserve water resources.
Realization of Environmentally Friendly Factories
Our company operates three factories domestically: the Toda Factory in Saitama Prefecture, the Oyama Factory in Tochigi Prefecture, and the Ichihara Factory in Chiba Prefecture. Each factory complies with the environmental regulations of their respective regions and engages in production activities. There have been no significant environmental accidents or leaks to date.
Additionally, none of the three factories are located in areas that pose a risk to biodiversity.
